BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PERMIT (IMB)

Building Permits that building owners must have to build new, change, expand, reduce and or maintain buildings in accordance with administrative and technical requirements. By having a building permit, the building has legality and is in accordance with the spatial plan.

CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY (SLF)

Permits that must be owned by the building owner to be used according to the function of the building, after the building is completed or during use, the building is still in accordance with the IMB and is considered to be technically feasible, the SLF has a validity period of 5 years.

STRATA TITLE

The Strata Title Concept has an important meaning and role in relation to apartments / flats, starting with the concept of clear boundaries of ownership, which are details of the boundaries of each apartment unit. For the calculation of its distribution, it is divided into Common Objects, Shared Parts, Shared Land, with proportional comparisons made based on the applicable rules and regulations.
